“基地-课程-课题”相融合的基础医学科研训练体系的构建与实践

摘　　要：大学生科研训练计划(student research train program,SRTP)专指在校本科生的科学研究训练项目。针对基础医学科研训练中存在的问题,我们依托国家基础医学人才培养基地、"十二五"国家级实验教学示范中心、各级重点实验室和教育部特色专业建设点的优质资源,将科研训练计划与本科创新实验平台建设、实验教学体系的改革、高质量的创新实验项目以及实习实践、学科竞赛等第二课堂相结合,构建了"基地-课程-课题"相融合的基础医学科研训练体系,显著提升了我校医学本科生的创新实践能力和综合素质。Depending on national basic medical personnel training base,national experimental teaching demonstration center,characteristic specialty construction point and key laboratories at all levels,aiming at the problems we have met during Student Research Train Program. We combined the students＇ research training with the construction of experimental platform,the reform of experimental teaching architecture,high quality innovative experiment project,internship practice and discipline competition. Results showed that construction and practice of basic medical scientific student research train program（SRTP）characterized by ＂Base-Curriculum-Subject＂ significantly improved the knowledge,quality and ability of medical undergraduates.
