摘　　要：随着精准扶贫的深入,解决长期贫困问题开始进入理论研究和贫困治理决策者的视野。文章基于中国综合社会调查(CGSS)数据库数据,运用二值选择模型实证分析了农村家庭贫困的代际传递效应,结果显示农村贫困家庭父辈对子辈经济贫困的传递效应显著,收入依赖性强,代际收入弹性大。代际收入传递效应OLS回归检验结果显示,父辈收入不仅直接影响到子辈收入,也通过父辈的受教育年限影响子辈受教育年限、健康值等间接的影响子辈收入水平;最后,在考虑其他非经济影响因素对贫困、低收入代际传递影响的进一步分析中,引入父辈贫困特征变量对子辈影响的检验结果显示,父辈经济贫困、受教育年限、政治面貌变量对子辈教育、健康和社会网络变量均有显著的影响,这也进一步验证了贫困家庭父辈的贫困代际传递不仅有直接的经济贫困传递,还包括其他间接因素的影响。基于此,文章提出进一步强化基础教育、健康医疗和增加社会服务等政策建议。With the deepening of poverty alleviation, the figure out of long-term poverty problem has begun to enter into the field of theoretical researchers and decision-makers. Based on the data of CGSS（Chinese General Social Survey） database, this paper tests the poverty intergenerational transmission of rural families by using Binary-choice Model. The results show that parents＇ effect is more significant in poverty and low-income rural families. Their income has strong dependency, and intergeneration income has strong resilience. The results of OLS regression test show that the elder generation not only has directly impact on the younger generation＇s income, but also has indirectly impact on the younger generation＇s income through the elder generation＇s education years, health condition and so on. Lastly, in the consideration of other non-economic factors on the further analysis of poverty, low income intergenerational transmission influences, introducing characteristic variables of filial parents are poor effects of the test results show that their economic poverty, education years, political affiliation variables of filial education, health and social network variables have significant effects, which further verified poor parents of intergenerational transmission of poverty is not only economic poverty directly transferring, but also other factors indirectly influence On the top of that,, this paper proposed to further strengthen the basic education, health care and increase social services and other policy recommendations.
