丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗脑梗塞的疗效及其对患者侧支循环建立的影响

摘　　要：目的对阿托伐他汀钙片与丁苯酞软胶囊二者联合治疗脑梗塞的疗效及其对患者侧支循环建立的影响进行探究。方法选取我院收治的脑梗塞患者160例为研究对象,依据患者入院的顺序分为对照组和治疗组,对照组患者给予阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗,治疗组患者给予阿托伐他汀钙片与丁苯酞软胶囊二者相结合进行治疗。结果经过治疗后,治疗组患者的各项指标的改善均优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗塞患者采用阿托伐他汀钙片与丁苯酞软胶囊联合治疗,疗效显著。Objective Of atorvastatin calcium tablet and butyl phthalide soft capsules both joint for the treatment of cerebral infarction clinical curative effect and to explore the influence of the collateral circulation in patients with established.Methods Choose 160 cases of cerebral infarction patients of our hospital as the research object,according to the order of the patients in hospital were divided into control group and treatment group, control group patients give atorvastatin calcium treatment,the treatment group patients give atorvastatin calcium tablet and butyl phthalide soft capsule combined treatment.Results After treatment, the treatment group patients improved the indicators are better than control group, compared with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The patients with cerebral infarction using atorvastatin calcium with butyl phthalide soft capsule combined treatment,the clinical curative effect is distinct.
