摘　　要：介绍了太阳能电池特性参数的测试原理,探讨了太阳能电池特性参数测试实验过程中需要注意的几点问题.为高校开设与太阳能电池性能测试相关的教学实验项目,优化实验内容提供参考与帮助.The characteristic testing principle of solar cells is introduced in detail.Several noticeable problems,which might occur in the characteristic testing experiment of solar cells,are discussed in detail.This work will be helpful to offering the teaching experiments on the characteristic test of solar cells and optimizing the experiment content in the university.
