全面质量观视角下大学生党员发展质量保障体系的构建

摘　　要：保质保量地发展学生党员队伍、积极主动地培养党员素质是高校党建的基础性工作。高校基于全面质量观构建大学生党员发展培养质量保证体系,具有重要的战略意义和现实意义。结合全面质量观的相关理论与实践内容,先对大学生党员发展质量保障体系的基本内涵与现实意义做出较为全面的分析,再对当前大学生党员发展质量保障体系具体运作过程中存在的问题进行较为深入的研究,并结合相关的理论与实践内容对如何健全大学生党员发展质量保障体系提出相关的建议。It is the basic work of party building in colleges and universities to develop students' party members and maintain the quality of party members actively. It is of great strategic and practical significance to construct the quality assurance system for the development and cultivation of college student party members based on the overall quality view. Based on the theory and practice of the comprehensive quality view, this paper firstly analyzes the basic connotation and practical significance of the quality assurance system for the de-velopment of college student party members, and then carries on the problems in the course of the concrete operation of the current qualityprotection system of college student party members combined with the relevant theoretical and practical content on how to improve thequality of college students to develop quality assurance system and to make relevant recommendations.
