摘  要:近年来,随着国家、行业对环保要求的重视,天然气净化厂也致力于打造污水"零排放"的新型环保工厂。文章提出了传统生化污水处理装置+植物深度处理系统的天然气净化厂污水深度处理方案,遴选了适合气候和水质特征的种植植物及种植基质,设计了污水植物深度处理系统,搭建了小试实验装置,开展了相关测试实验及量化分析工作。实验结果表明,在进水水质COD、SS、BOD_5、氨氮、TP、TN的平均指标分别为67.18 mg/L、34.33 mg/L、55.82 mg/L、39.08 mg/L、0.66mg/L、44.62 mg/L时,搭建的植物污水深度处理实验系统对污染物的平均去除率分别可达57.01%、74.78%、79.45%、82.91%、76.22%、69.76%,污水出水水质达GB/T 19923-2005《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》中工艺与产品用水水质指标,出水可作为工厂工艺用水,能真正实现天然气净化厂污水的零排放。Recently,with the country and the industry s increasing attention to environmental require-ments ,the natural gas purification plant is also committed to creating the new environmental protec-tion factory of sewage " zero emissions" . In this paper, w e brought out the wastewater treatment pro-gram for natural gas purification plants, which w a s, the traditional sewage treatment plant + deeper treatment system by wetlands. We then screened the vegetations and cultivation substrate suitable for the climate and water quality, designed the treatment system, and built a small carried out the relevant test and quantitative analysis. T h e results showed that the COD , SS , B 0 D5 , a m m o n i a nitrogen , T P and T N were 67. 18 m/L , 34. 33 m / L , 55. 82 m g / L , 39.08 mg/L , 0. 66 mg/L , 44. 62 m g/L , the average removal rate of pollutants was 57. 0 1 % , 74. 78% , 79. 45% , 82. 91% , 76. 22% and 69. 7 6 % respectively. T h e effluent, complying with the water quality indicators for process and product use of GBT 19923 - 2005 T h e Reusecycling Water - Water Quality Standard for Industrial U s e s, can be used as factory process water,thus natural gas purification plant can really achieve zero wastewater emissions.
