脑出血治疗中应用微创颅内血肿抽吸引流术的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨微创颅内血肿抽吸引流术应用于脑出血治疗的疗效。方法选取2014年6月~2016年2月我院收治的脑出血患者80例作为研究对象,根据是否采用微创颅内血肿抽吸引流术随机分为实验组和参照组,各40例。参照组采用常规手术治疗,实验组实施微创颅内血肿抽吸引流术治疗,观察两组患者的存活率以及两组患者对手术治疗方式的满意度。结果实验组的有效率为80%,参照组有效率为62.5%,实验组对微创颅内血肿抽吸引流术治疗的满意率达87.5%,参照组对常规手术治疗的满意率为65%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论脑出血患者微创颅内血肿抽吸引流术疗效确切,能有效预防和避免颅脑术后并发症的产生,能明显改善患者的预后,有助于提高患者的存活率,在临床上具有很大的应用价值。Objective To investigate the curative effect of minimally invasive treatment of intracranial hematoma aspiration and drainage in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Selected 80 patients as the research object from June 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital were cerebral hemorrhage, according to whether the use of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma drainage were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. According to the conventional surgical treatment, the experimental group received the minimally invasive intracranial hematoma drainage treatment, surgical treatment for the the satisfaction of the two groups were observed and the survival rate of patients in the two groups.Results The ef？ ciency of the experimental group was 80%, the reference group was 62.5%, the experimental group of minimally invasive hematoma drainage for the treatment of the satisfaction rate of 87.5%, according to the rate of 65% groups of conventional surgical treatment, the difference was statistically signi？ cant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Drainage curative effect in patients with minimally invasive intracranial hematoma of cerebral hemorrhage, can effectively prevent and avoid the complications after operation, can signi？ cantly improve the prognosis of patients, help to improve the survival rate of the patients, and has great application value in clinic.
