摘　　要：通过对《肺痿肺痈咳嗽上气病脉证治》中有关咳嗽上气病证原文的深入分析思考,得出的结论是咳嗽上气病证多由素有水饮内停,外感风寒,内外合邪所致,以咳嗽、气喘、胸闷,甚则肩息、不得平卧为主要表现的一种病证,而肺胀是其发展过程中的重症阶段。Based on the analysis on the original certificate of cough on disease syndrome in “lung infiation on the attending cough syndrome”article in the vein, the conclusion is that it is caused by water retention in internal body and wind cold invasion in external nature.The main manifestations are cough,asthma,chest tightness,a syndrome,not even dyspheal lie.But lung distention is a severe stage in its developing process.
