后现象学技术哲学视野中的手机依赖现象探析

摘　　要：手机依赖现象是由当代信息技术引发的一种病态社会现象,这种现象的典型特征是使用者的自主行为与不由自主的行为并存。通过在后现象学技术哲学视野中考察手机依赖现象的原因,可以发现人机之间的"具身关系"导致人的自主性肆意扩张,"解释关系"导致使用主体被隐蔽地操控,"它异关系"促逼着使用主体成为技术对象物,而"背景关系"导致使用主体丧失批判能力。要消除手机依赖现象,一方面需要使用者转变技术理念,倡导理性的使用方式;另一方面,手机功能的设计者和运营商应承担相应的伦理责任,促进人机关系和谐,保障人在手机使用中的真正自主性。Mobile phone dependency,the user being simultaneously,autonomously and involuntarily addicted,is a pathological social phenomenon caused by modern information technology.Our investigation of mobile phone dependency in the context of post-phenomenology of philosophy of technology reveals that the＂embodiment relation＂between man and machine leads to the expansion of human autonomy,the ＂hermeneutic relation＂leads to hidden subject manipulation,the＂alterity relation＂forces subject to become a technical object,and the＂background relation＂causes the subject to lose critical ability.To eliminate mobile phone dependency,mobile phone users need to take a rational perspective on the use of modern technology＇and mobile phone designers and operators are obliged to take the corresponding ethical responsibility,promote a harmonious relationship between men and machine,and assure autonomy of men in the use of mobile phone.
