颅内血肿微创清除术联合亚低温治疗重症高血压脑出血的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析重症高血压脑出血患者应用颅内血肿微创清除术联合亚低温治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年10月—2016年10月期间收治的重症高血压脑出血患者90例,按照随机、对照、双盲试验原则分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45),对照组给予颅内血肿微创清除术治疗,在此基础上观察组联合亚低温治疗,通过临床治疗有效率、Barthel评分、NIHSS评分等指标评估临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为84.44%,明显高于对照组64.44%(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组患者Barthel评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颅内血肿微创清除术联合亚低温治疗重症高血压脑出血疗效确切,有利于快速去除血肿,减轻疾病症状,改善神经功能,提高日常生活能力,改善预后,可在临床积极推广应用。Objective To research and analyze the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma and mild hypothermia in treatment of severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 90 cases of patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the control group were treated with minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma, while the observation group were treated with minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma and mild hypothermia, and the effective rate of clinical treatment, Barthel score and NIHSS score were evaluated.Results The total clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,(84.44% vs 64.44%)(P<0.05), after three months of treatment, the Barthel score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the NIHSS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma and mild hypothermia in treatment of severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is conducive to rapidly eliminating the hematoma, relieving the disease symptoms, improving the nerve function, improving the activities of daily life and improving the prognosis, and it can be actively promotion and application in clinic.
