海扶超声聚焦刀无创治疗子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌病的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨海扶超声聚焦刀无创治疗子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病的临床有效性与安全性。方法方便选取2016年1月—2017年5月收治的45例子宫肌瘤患者和20例子宫腺肌病患者为研究对象,全部患者均行海扶超声聚焦刀无创治疗。观察患者临床症状改善情况,统计患者疗效及不良反应发生率。结果 65例患者海扶超声聚焦刀一次性治疗均成功,成功率100.00%,治疗总有效率96.92%。治疗期间,10例不良反应,发生率16.70%,后经体位调整及修养,症状均全部消失。术后3个月随访,患者经量增多35.71%,经期延长30.43%、痛经25.00%,子宫增大45.00%,周期缩短33.30%,各项指标均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论海扶超声聚焦刀无创治疗子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病效果显著,可有效促进病灶消融,改善临床症状,不良反应轻,应用安全有效,值得推广使用。Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound knife in noninvasive treatment of uterine myoma and adenomyosis. Methods 45 cases of hysteromyoma and 20 cases of adenomyosis treated in this hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were convenient selection; all patients were treated by high intensity focused ultrasound knife in invasive treatment. The improvement of clinical symptom, curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically evaluated. Results 65 patients with high intensity focused ultrasound knife were successful treated, the success rate was 100.00%, and the total effective rate was 96.92%. During the treatment, 10 cases of adverse reaction, incidence rate was 16.70%, after the posture adjustment and self-cultivation, the symptoms were all disappeared. After 3 months follow-up, the menstruation amount of the patients were increased by35.71%, menstruation was prolonged by 30.43%, dysmenorrhea of 25.00%, uterus increased by 45.00%, period shortened of33.30%, and all indexes were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion High intensity focused ultrasound knife in non-invasive treatment of uterine myoma and adenomyosis has a significant effect, which can effectively promote the ablation of lesions, improve clinical symptoms, lighten the adverse reactions, with safe and effective application value, and it is worth popularizing.
