中医健康管理策略在胃癌治疗中的临床实践

摘　　要：目的观察中医健康管理方法在胃癌患者的综合治疗中运用的临床效果。方法在2009年9月至2015年9月江苏省肿瘤医院16例胃癌患者的综合治疗过程中,将中医健康管理的方法,运用到个体化综合治疗中,除了手术、化疗或靶向治疗外,增加了免疫、中药疗法,并将"健康生活方式"、"胃癌的发生和防治"、"中医汤药的煮法和用法"等以科普处方的形式,发给患者和家属,使其便于了解并实行。定期复查与中医调治相结合。中药以汤药为主,辨证施治、扶正抗癌、调理体质。结果 16例胃癌患者取得了较长生存期。结论胃癌患者采用综合治疗配合中医健康管理的方法,效果较好、临床可行。Objective In the comprehensive treatment of gastric cancer patients,the traditional Chinese medicine health management method was used to observe the clinical effect.Methods From September 2009 to September 2015,16 patients with gastric cancer in Jiangsu Tumor Hospital were enrolled in this study,the method of TCM health management was applied to individual comprehensive treatment.In the early stage of the treatment of gastric cancer,a multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment program was developed,including surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,targeting,immunization,traditional Chinese medicine,follow-up,and etc.＂ Healthy lifestyle＂,＂ the occurrence of gastric cancer and prevention＂,＂ Chinese medicine decoction boiling method and use＂ were used in scientific prescription form to patients and their families,making them easy to understand and implement.Regular review was combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine was based on decoction,syndrome differentiation,Fuzheng Kang＇ai,and physical conditioning.Results A long survival time was achieved in 16 patients with gastric cancer.Conclusions Comprehensive treatment with traditional Chinese medicine health management method is effective and feasible for patients with gastric cancer.
