摘　　要：针对化学工程与工艺专业在培养创新型应用人才方面存在的问题,结合桂林理工大学的实际情况,介绍了本校化学工程与工艺专业实施产学研协同育人模式在培养创新型应用人才方面的研究成果,实践表明,新的人才培养模式取得了良好的效果,有效地提高了学生创新实践能力。Aiming to the problems existing in cultivation of the application-oriented innovative talents majored in chemical engineering and technology and based on the real condition of Guilin University of Technology,this paper introduces the research results of training model of application-oriented innovative talents majored in chemical engineering and technology through the implementation of collaborative education of industry-academy-research cooperation. The practice shows that the new reform has achieved good effect and effectively improved students’ innovative practical ability.
