摘 要:高校辅导员职业核心能力是在长期实践中形成的深度能力,其内涵虽尚有待进一步识别和挖掘,但其凝练方法和培育原则有一定的规律可循。核心能力概念的起源、供给侧改革思维与思想政治教育工作的契合性,追根溯源的将企业核心能力理论运用于高校辅导员职业核心能力研究是可行的。基于企业核心能力理论的启示,高校辅导员核心能力不能单一的提取式凝练,也不能模型式囊括,在辅导员核心能力的培育上应坚持以人为本、动静结合、继承创新的三大原则。The core competence of college counselors is the ability to form in the long-term practice. Although its connotation is still to be further identified and excavated, there are some rules for its concise methods and principles. This article studies the origin of the concept of core competence and the correspondence between reform thinking and the ideological and political education work of the supply side. It also suggests that it is feasible for us to apply the concept of enterprise core competence to the research of the capability of college counselors. Based on the enlightenment of the theory of enterprise core competence, the core competence of college counselors cannot be simply extracted or condensed. On the cultivation of the core competence of counselors, we should adhere to the three principles of people-oriented, the combination of dynamics and statics, and the capacity of inheritance and innovation.
