中医辨证结合西药治疗心血管神经症78例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医辨证结合西药治疗心血管神经症的临床疗效。方法:将明确诊断心血管神经症的156例患者,随机分为观察组78例,对照组78例。对照组使用西药甲钴胺、酒石酸美托洛尔、谷维素、艾司唑仑等。观察组在使用西药的基础上通过辨证施治分型加减口服中药。两组均连续治疗4wk。分别于治疗前,治疗2wk、治疗4wk依据中医证候量化评定标准量化评定疗效。结果:两组治疗后,观察组的总有效率为91.03%,对照组的总有效率为76.71%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗心血管神经症能够有效改善心血管神经症患者临床症状,效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective ： To observe the curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine treatment of cardiovascular neurosis. Methods： 154 cas-es of cardiovascular neurosis patients, 78 cases in treatment group,78 cases in the control group, the control group by western medicine treatment principle and treatment,used mecobalamin tablets,metoprolol tartrate tablets,oryzanol tablets and estazolam ablets; the treatment group on the basis of this,the use of TCM therapy. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Before treatment, at the end of the 2nd and the 4th week in the treatment, the researchers gave a mark according to the quantitative evaluation of TCM syndromes. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.03%,control group,the total efficiency of 76.71%. The efficacy of the treatment group than in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： TCM combined with western medicine in treatment of cardiovascular neurosis is significant.
