穴位按摩对腹腔镜全子宫切除术后腹胀的改善作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位按摩对腹腔镜全子宫切除术后腹胀的改善作用。方法:150例腹腔镜子宫切除术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各75例。观察组患者术后在常规护理的基础上加予以穴位按摩,而对照组患者术后仅用常规护理方法。比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组术后肠功能恢复时间为(23.1±9.2)h,短于对照组的(29.3±10.8)h,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在术后6、12、24、48h不同时间点腹胀例数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩有利于腹腔镜全子宫切除术后患者肠功能的康复。Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of acupuncture massage on postoperative nursing for laparoscopic hysterectomy cases. Methods: A total of150 patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy were divided into study group( 75 case) and control group( 75 case). The patients in observation group were given acupoint massage on the basis of routine nursing,while the control group only received routine nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The postoperative intestinal function recovery time of the observation group was( 23. 1 ± 9. 2) h,shorter than that of the control group( 29. 3 ± 10. 8) h,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Observation group at 6,12,24,and 48 h at different time points,the number of abdominal distension was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The acupuncture massage is helpful for the postoperative nursing of laparoscopic hysterectomy patients.
