自拟健脾和胃汤治疗小儿脾胃虚弱型厌食症的临床疗效及对体内微量元素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究自拟健脾和胃汤治疗小儿脾胃虚弱型厌食症的临床疗效对体内微量元素水平的影响。方法:100例脾胃虚弱型厌食症患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患儿进行西医治疗,观察组患儿采用自拟健脾和胃汤进行治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两种患儿的Ca2+、Zn2+水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患儿治疗后的Ca2+、Zn2+水平均得到提高,并且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟健脾和胃汤治疗小儿脾胃虚弱型厌食症的临床疗效显著显著,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of self - made Jianpi Hewei decoction on the clinical efficacy of children with anorexia due to spleen and stom-ach deficiency and the level of trace elements in vivo. Methods： A total of 100 cases of anorexia due to weakness of spleen and stomach were randomly di-vided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The children in the control group were treated with western medi-cine ,and the observation group was treated with self - made Jianpi Hewei decoction. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results ： Theobservation group had higher total treatment effective rate as 98. 0 0 % than 80. 0 0 % in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.5）. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of Ca2 ＋ and Zn2 ＋ between the two children （P 〉 0. 05）. Compared with be-fore treatment, the levels of Ca2 ＋ and Zn2 ＋ in the two groups were improved, and the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of self - made Jianpi Hewei decoction in treating infantile anorexia of spleen and stomach is significant and worth popularizing.
