摘 要:国内外研究表明,教师学研共同体是促进教师专业发展的有力途径。"专家引领型教师学研共同体"模式旨在通过专家的引领,共同体成员之间的合作,实现教师自身的专业发展。本研究采用叙事探究和量化分析相结合的方法探讨专家引领型大学英语教师学研共同体的构建和发展过程,以及该共同体对高校英语教师专业生活及专业发展的影响。研究结果表明:该学研模式的构建经历了发起,执行和制度化三个阶段;专家给予共同体学习成员的多种形式的指导、引领和示范得到共同体成员的肯定;该学研模式对参加共同体学习教师的自主学习、专业发展信念和教学研究都产生了不同程度的影响。Research has shown that teacher-learning-research community is an effective way to promote teachers' professional de-velopment. The "expert-led teacher-learning -research community" model aims to promote teachers' professional development by the guidance of experts and the cooperation between different members. Narrative inquiry and quantitative analysis are used to explore how this community is built and processed, and what impact the community has on English teachers' professional life and develop-ment. The findings indicate that this community has experienced the process of start-up, implementation and institutionalization. The members in the community speak highly of various guidance, leading and modeling provided by the experts. The community has ef-fect on independent learning, faith on professional development and teaching research of the teachers who are the members of the community.
