成人高等教育教学质量评价体系的构建

摘　　要：当前我国成人高等教育(以下简称"成人教育")的教学质量存在较多的争议与讨论,很多高校随之开展了教学质量评价等活动,但是绝大多数教学评价的结果对教学质量的改善收效甚微。文章从成人教育教学质量评价的现状切入,分析教学评价的3种主要模式,根据成人教育的特点,引出一套行之有效的教学质量评价体系,该体系体现出以下创新点:在评价内容上,把质量产出的保障纳入到指标体系中;在结果计算上,综合运用分数累加法和等级公式法;在评价标准上,具体化终端评价指标的观察点。Nowadays, there are many disputes and discussions on teaching quality of Adult Higher Education in China. Although some universities organize a lot of teaching quality evaluation activities, most of them cannot promote relevant teaching quality. This paper investigates current situation of evaluation of Adult Higher Education quality, and then analyses the three major models of teaching evaluation. The author proposed an effective set of evaluation system of teaching quality, which has the following innovation points： guarantee of quality output is classified into the index system, adding method and formula method are used to calculate the result, and terminal evaluation index are made clearly.
