基于药品说明书和循证医学的中药注射剂治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：中药注射剂在心脑血管疾病治疗中发挥了不可忽视的作用。在国内各级医院缺血性脑卒中(又称脑梗死)治疗中中药注射剂使用频次较高,但存在用药不合理现象。临床医师对中药注射剂临床适应证、中医辨证及静脉滴注时溶媒选择缺乏循证证据。本文总结了目前临床上较常用的治疗缺血性脑卒中的中药注射剂的用药说明,并结合相关循证医学证据对其临床适应证进行分析,以促进临床工作者按照药品说明书规范用药,减少药物不良反应发生。Traditional Chinese medicine injection plays a significant role in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The frequency of using traditional Chinese medicine injections remains high in the drug treatment of ischemic stroke in domestic hospital at varied levels,but irrational drug - use still exists. The traditional Chinese medicine injection is lack of evidence on clinical indications,TCM syndrome differentiation,and solvent selection. The paper summarizes the commonly used medication instructions of traditional Chinese medicine injection in treating ischemic stroke in clinic currently, and analyzes its clinical indications in combination with the relevant evidence - based medicine,in order to promote the standard medication of clinical workers in accordance with drug instructions and reduce adverse drug reactions.
