深圳市城镇老年人自测健康评定量表得分常模的制定

摘　　要：目的检验自测健康评定量表(SRHMS V1.0)评价深圳市城镇老年人健康状况的信效度,并建立深圳市城镇老年人SRHMS V1.0得分常模。方法 2016年7—10月,首先将深圳市福田区老年人按照性别进行分层,然后采用简单随机抽样法选取2 000例老年人(≥60岁)为调查对象,其中男1 000例,女1 000例。采用人口学资料问卷和SRHMS V1.0对其进行调查。分析SRHMS V1.0的信效度,建立深圳市城镇老年人SRHMS V1.0得分的均数常模和划界常模。结果共发放问卷2 000份,回收有效问卷1 661份,有效回收率为83.05%。1 661例老年人中,男839例,女822例。SRHMS V1.0及生理、心理、社会自测健康子量表的Cronbach'sɑ系数分别为0.946、0.896、0.883、0.877。修正后模型的卡方自由度比值(χ2/df)=5.777,规范适配指标(NFI)=0.885,相对适配指数(RFI)=0.873,增值适配指标(IFI)=0.903,非规范适配指标(TLI)=0.893,比较适配指标(CFI)=0.903,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.054,拟合结果较好。SRHMS V1.0各维度得分与3个子量表得分均呈正相关(P<0.05),且SRHMS V1.0各维度得分与相应子量表得分的相关系数均大于其与其他子量表得分的相关系数。男性SRHM V1.0总分及生理、心理、社会自测健康子量表得分均高于女性(P<0.05)。男性SRHMS V1.0得分的均数常模为(71.14±11.48)分,女性SRHMS V1.0得分的均数常模为(66.69±13.05)分。健康很差、健康较差、健康一般、健康较好、健康很好的男性SRHMS V1.0得分的划界常模为[0,59.66)、[59.66,65.40)、[65.40,76.88)、[76.88,82.62)、[82.62,100.00]分,健康很差、健康较差、健康一般、健康较好、健康很好的女性SRHMS V1.0得分的划界常模为[0,53.64)、[53.64,60.17)、[60.17,73.22)、[73.22,79.74)、[79.74,100.00]分。结论 SRHMS V1.0评价深圳市城镇老年人健康状况的信效度较好,本研究制定的深圳市城镇老年人SRHMS V1.0得分常模可以为老年人健康状况的评价以及影响因素的研究�Objective To explore the reliability and validity of Self-rated Health Measurement Scale Version 1. 0（ SRHMS V1. 0） in evaluating the self-related health of urban elderly people in Shenzhen,and develop the norm for SRHMS V1. 0 scores in this population. Methods From July to October 2016,we stratified the elderly in Futian district of Shenzhen city according to gender,and then selected 2 000 elderly people aged 60 or older by simple random sampling with a sample size of1 000 males and 1 000 females respectively. The survey was conducted in them with a demographic questionnaire and SRHMS V1. 0. We analyzed the reliability and validity of SRHMS V1. 0 and established mean norm and threshold norm based on the SRHMS V1. 0 scores of the urban elderly in Shenzhen. Results A total of 1 661 participants（ 839 males and 822 females）returned responsive questionnaires with a response rate of 83. 05%（ 1 661/2 000）. The Cronbach＇ s ɑ coefficients of SRHMS V1. 0 and 3 subscales（ Self-rated Physical Health,Self-rated Mental Health,and Self-rated Social Functioning） were0. 946,0. 896,0. 883,0. 877,respectively. After modification,the model demonstrated a good fitting result： χ2/df = 5. 777,NFI = 0. 885, RFI = 0. 873, IFI = 0. 903, TLI = 0. 893, CFI = 0. 903, RMSEA = 0. 054. All the three subscales were positively correlated with their own dimensions in scoring（ P 0. 05）. The correlation coefficient between the dimension and the subscale it belonging to was larger than that between the dimension and the other two subscales in scoring. The SRHMS V1. 0 and3 subscales scores of males were all higher than those of the females（ P 0. 05）. The mean norms for SRHMS V1. 0 scores were established on the basis of gender：（ 71. 14 ± 11. 48） for males and（ 66. 69 ± 13. 05） for females.
