摘　　要：混合表型急性白血病(MPAL)是一种少见类型的白血病,且大部分MPAL患者存在染色体核型异常。本文报道了1例经化疗联合异基因干细胞移植的Ph^+ MPAL患者的治疗经过及结果,并进行国内外关于MPAL相关治疗的文献回顾,以期为类似患者的治疗提供帮助。Mixed phenotype acute leukemia（ MPAL） is a rare type of leukemia,and most of MPAL patients have abnormal chromosomes. In this paper, we reported the treatment and outcome of one patient with Ph~＋ MPAL treated with chemotherapy combined with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,and reviewed the domestic and foreign literature on the treatment of MPAL,in order to provide the choice of treatment for such cases.
