囊性小肾癌与复杂性肾囊肿的CT影像学鉴别诊断分析

摘　　要：目的对囊性小肾癌与复杂性肾囊肿的CT影像学鉴别诊断价值进行评价分析。方法选择2015年1月-2016年12月我院收治的,经细胞学检查确诊的囊性小肾癌患者45例作为研究对象,定义为确诊组,另取38例初步诊断为囊性小肾癌经细胞学检查确诊为复杂性囊肿患者作为误诊组,对两组患者展开肾脏CT平扫与增强扫描,对两组患者的诊断结果进行关系分析。结果经平扫发现,两组患者肾内病灶均为小体积低密度占位,两组患者囊壁增厚、囊内分隔比例比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);确诊组囊壁结节、肾实质内部与肾椎体一致阳性率比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论囊性小肾癌与复杂肾囊肿之间的鉴别诊断中,CT扫描的临床效果显著,为鉴别诊断提供了可靠的参考依据,值得关注并推广。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT imaging in cystic small renal cell carcinoma and complex renal cyst. Methods 45 cases of cystic small renal carcinoma diagnosed by our hospital from January 2015 to December2016 were selected as the study group,and 38 cases were diagnosed as cysts in patients with complex cysts diagnosed as complex cysts as misdiagnosed group,the two groups of patients with renal CT scan and enhanced scan,the diagnosis of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The two groups of patients with nephrotic lesions were small volume of low density occupancy,the two groups of patients with thickening of the wall,the ratio of intracapsular separation,no significant difference（ P 〉0. 05）. There were statistically significant differences in the positive rate of renal nodules and renal parenchyma in the confirmed group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of CT scan is significant in the differential diagnosis between cystic small kidney cancer and complex renal cyst,which provides a reliable reference for differential diagnosis and is worthy of attention and promotion.
