摘  要:本科护生认为护理是一个高尚的、与健康相关的专业,并且就业形势好,工作稳定有保障,但同时也认为护士的社会地位低、护理工作琐碎、技术含量低且工作辛苦、压力大。影响本科护生专业认知的因素包括公众对护理专业的态度和看法以及本科护生自身的学习经历与体验。护理教育者应从多个方面入手,了解本科护生的专业认知,并采取措施帮助其建立积极的专业认知,以稳定护理队伍,促进护理事业发展。Undergraduate nursing students thought that care was a noble and health-related profession,and the employment situation was good,stable and secure work,but also that nurses social'status was low,care work was trivial,technical content,was low and with work hard and high stress.The factors that influenced the professional voqunieion of undergraduate nursing students included public attitudes and attitudes towards nursing specialties and the experience and experience of undergraduate nursing students.Nursing educators should start from a number of aspects to understand the professional awareness of undergraduate nursing students and take measures to help them establish a positive professional awareness,so as to stabilize the nursing team and promote the development of nursing career.
