摘  要:采用粉末冶金法,通过冷压成型,高温烧结制备了碳化硅(Si C)增强铁基复合材料。经过对比试验研究了碳化硅(Si C)增强铁基复合材料的耐磨性,对其组织和力学性能进行分析。结果表明:碳化硅可增强铁基复合材料的耐磨性和硬度。Using powder metallurgy method, the silicon carbide (SIC) reinforced iron matrix composite was prepared by cold pressing molding and high temperature sintering. By the contrast experiment, the wear resistance of silicon carbide (SIC) reinforced iron based composite was studied. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composite were analyzed. The results show that the silicon carbide can enhance the wear resistance and hardness of iron-based composite.
