摘  要:为了研究渗碳对2205双相不锈钢的显微组织、化学成分及性能的影响,对该钢进行了高温渗碳和固溶时效处理。结果表明:渗层由扩大的奥氏体和小块状铁素体组成。渗碳后奥氏体与铁素体内部有错综杂乱的位错缺陷,铁素体晶内有微量规则的析出相。再经过固溶时效处理,晶界处与晶内均有不同形状的碳化物析出。渗层的C、Cr含量升高,Fe含量降低,且渗层铁素体中的Cr、Mo含量要高于心部铁素体。由于渗层的奥氏体固溶了较多的碳元素,渗层的硬度高于心部组织,硬度从表面到心部有缓慢的过渡;渗碳前后耐蚀性未发生明显变化。In order to investigate the effect of carburizing on the microstructure, chemical composition and properties of 2205 duplex stainless steel, the steel was carburized at high temperature, and further treated by solution and aging. The results show that the carburized layer consists of expanded austenite and small blocks of ferrite. Intricate and messy internal dislocation defects are observed in both austenitic and ferrite after carburizing ,and then trace regular precipitates are formed in ferrite. The carbides with different sizes precipitate in grain boundary and within the grain after solution and aging treatment. The contents of carbon and chromium in the carburized layer increase, whereas, the iron content decreases. The contents of chromium and molybdenum in carburized layer ferrite are higher than those in central portion ferrite. Since, the austenite solutes more carbon in the carburized layer, the hardness of the carburized layer is higher than that of the core microstructure, and then a slow transition of the hardness is from the surface to the core. The corrosion resistance of the steel before and after carburizing has no obvious change.
