摘  要:分析了20Cr Mo钢石油钻杆的受力状态及技术要求,依据石油钻杆的服役特征制定了相应的热处理工艺方案,研究分析了热处理工艺参数与产品性能之间的关系,提出了石油钻杆的最佳热处理工艺参数。Technical requirements for oil drill pipes of 20CrMo and their stress state were analyzed. The heat treatment process according to the service condition of oil drill pipes were formulated. The relationship between heat treatment process and performance for oil drill pipe was investigated. As a result, the optimum heat treatment process parameters for oil drill pipe were put forward.
