摘  要:目的应用RP-HPLC法分析在不同的pH溶液中,毛诃子中Tannins、GA、β-PGG及Corilagin的含量变化。方法将毛诃子粉末分别采取回流提取方法的产物加入pH为2-7缓冲液,用反相高效液相色谱测定单宁酸、没食子酸、β-PGG及柯里拉京的含量并分析。结果毛诃子中单宁酸含量随pH增大而增加;没食子酸含量随pH增大而变化不明显;β-PGG含量随pH增大而减小;柯里拉京含量随pH增大而减小。结论通过研究不同pH条件下毛诃子中的Tannins、GA、β-PGG及Corilagin的含量变化,可为毛诃子中相关成分的质控提供一定理论参考。Objective: To analyze the contents of tannins, agllic acid, β-PGG and corilagin in Fructus Terminaliae Billericae in dif- ferent pH solutions by using RP - HPLC. Methods : The products extracted from Terminaliae Billericae powder by reflux extraction were joined with 2 to 7 pH buffer solution and the contents of tannic acid, gallic acid, β - PGG and corilagin were determined and analyzed by RP- HPLC. Results:The content of tannic acid increased with the increase of pH. The content of gallic acid changed unapparently with the increase of pH. The content of β - PGG decreased with the increase of pH. The content of corilagin decreased with the increase of pH. Conclusion: By studying the content changes of tannins, GA, β- PGG and corilagin in Fructus Terminaliae Billericae under different pH conditions, we can provide some theoretical reference for the quality control of related components in Fructus Terminaliae Billericae.
