摘　　要：针对韩国新时期信息与通信技术(ICT)《K-ICT安全2020战略(2016—2020)》展开背景分析,简述其战略蓝图与目标、重点任务以及保障体系,对比分析其新一届执政党关于ICT研发战略两大时期的侧重与转变,以促进我国ICT产业应对政策制定,助力我国ICT产业的未来发展及国际市场核心竞争力成长。According to the new period of South Korea ＂ICT2020＂ strategy, the paper analyzes the background, outlines the strategic blueprint and goal, the key task and guarantee system, analyzes the focus and transformation of ICT development strategy of South Koreanaling party ＂new national party＂,promotes the policy of the ICT industry in our country, and helps the ICT industry in China develop the core competitiveness and international market growth in the future.
