摘　　要：随着医学技术的发展,检验医学在临床诊断及治疗中发挥越来越重要的作用。检验人员的素质需要不断得到提升。教学医院检验科应该注重检验专业实习生的带教,向医院输送更多的高素质检验专业毕业生。该文总结探讨了检验科实习生带教管理、教学效果提升、职业道德规范及医患沟通技能培训等方面的经验。With the development of medical technology, laboratory medicine plays a more and more important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment. The quality of the inspectors should also be improved accordingly. Laboratory department of the teaching hospital should pay more attention to the training of personnel, and send more high-quality graduates to hospitals. In this paper, the author summarizes the experience and methods of teaching and learning management, teaching effect improvement, professional ethics and communication skills training for reference.
