尿路造口袋在妇科恶性肿瘤术后引流口渗液中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨尿路造口袋在管理妇科恶性肿瘤术后腹腔引流管口渗液中的效果观察。方法:将60例妇科恶性肿瘤根治术后、腹腔引流管周围有渗液的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,两组各30例。实验组采用一件式尿路造口袋收集腹腔引流管口的渗液。对照组采用传统无菌剪口纱布作为换药敷料。比较两组患者换药次数、换药成本、更换衣物次数、窦道愈合时间、患者可离床活动时间的差异。结果:与对照组相比,实验组患者换药次数较少,换药费用较低,更换衣物次数较少,窦道愈合时间较短,患者可以放心翻身、可离床活动时间延长。结论:使用尿路造口袋收集妇科恶性肿瘤术后腹腔引流管周围渗液可减少换药次数,降低换药成本,缩短窦道愈合时间,能显著减少医护人员工作量。Objective：To study the effect of the urethral drainage of the abdominal drainage tube after gynecological malignancy. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and 30 cases in each group. The experimental group used a type of urinary pocket to collect the fluid around the peritoneal drainage tube. The control group used traditional aseptic shears for dressing. Comparing the number of medications, the cost of changing the drug, changing the number of clothes, the time of sinus healing and the difference between the time and the comfort of the patients.Results：Compared with control group, experimental group patients less switching frequency, low switching costs, change clothes, fewer fistula healing time is shorter, patients can safely turn, can leave bed activity time prolonging, comfort level improvement.Conclusion：Using urinary tract made around pocket collection of gynecologic malignant tumor postoperative abdominal cavity drainage tube drainage can reduce the switching frequency, lower switching costs, shorten the fistula healing time, can significantly reduce the workload of medical staff, improve patient comfort.
