针刺十三鬼穴对肝性脑病患者血氨、β-内啡肽水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察加用针刺十三鬼穴治疗肝性脑病的临床疗效。方法将74例肝性脑病患者随机分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(36例)。对照组予门冬氨酸鸟氨酸10~15 g静滴,日1次,支链氨基酸250 m L静滴,日2次,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用针刺十三鬼穴,每天2次,2组治疗方法疗程均为7 d,观察治疗前后患者肝功能、血氨、β-内啡肽的变化,评价临床疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率89.5%,明显高于对照组总有效率的69.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组肝功能、血氨、β-内啡肽的下降程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺十三鬼穴能够降低患者血氨水平,抑制β-内啡肽的合成和释放,减轻患者脑水肿,改善脑功能,促进患者神智恢复,可见在西药治疗的基础上加用针刺十三鬼穴,能够增强西药对肝性脑病的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effects of thirteen ghost points method on blood ammonia,the content of β-endorphin in patients with hepatic encephalopathy.Methods 74 cases of hepatic encephalopathy were randomly divided into treatment group of 38 cases and control group of 36 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with Ornithine Aspartate injection10~15g,qd,and branched chain amino acid 250 m L.Patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture thirteen ghost points combined with above treatment.One week later,changes of blood ammonia,the content of β-endorphin of two groups were observed.Results After one-week treatment,the total effective rate was 89.5% in treatment group,and 69.4 % in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Blood ammonia,the content of β-endorphin in the treatment group significantly decreased compared with those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Thirteen ghost points acupuncture method combined with western medicine treatment of hepatic encephalopathy has therapeutic effects,it can improve liver function and significantly reduce levels of blood ammonia,the content of β-endorphin in patients with hepatic encephalopathy.
