摘　　要："互联网+"是信息时代里互联网发展的新业态。随着网络信息技术的快速发展,远程诊断已逐渐成为现代医学不可缺少的一个平台。基于互联网技术,笔者建立数字病理远程诊断系统,利用微软Windows 2008 Enterprise Server系统配备的网络信息服务器(IIS)7.0,并将其配置为可以支持ASP.NET,专家会诊终端Web页面采用MVC(model view controller)框架,建立扫描平台、数字切片系统、会诊申请系统、专家诊断平台,完成远程会诊,并详细探讨临床使用价值。＂Internet-plus＂ is the new application of Internet. With the rapidly development of network information technology,remote diagnosis becomes an indispensable modern medicine platform. Based on the internet technology, the digital pathology remote diagnosis system was established, and Microsoft Windows 2008 Enterprise Server system internet information server（IIS）7.0 was used to support ASP.NET. The expert consultation terminal Web page used model view controller（MVC） framework to establish scanning platform, numerical slicing system, consultation application system and expert diagnostic platform, which completed the remote consultation, and clinical value of the platform is discussed in details.
