高校图书馆服务型党组织建设的几个维度

摘　　要：高校图书馆服务型党组织建设要取得优良的服务效果,须将党务与业务紧密结合,变"两张皮为一张皮",以形成同向合力。重点应在三个维度上下功夫:一是高校图书馆服务型党组织建设的"高度",也就是特色服务,须彰显"人无我有与人有我精"的馆藏特征,寻求"走出去与请进来"的服务特点,提升"专业化与个性化"的质量特色;二是高校图书馆服务型党组织建设的"长度",也就是主动服务,服务内容由低层次向高层次转变、服务方式由被动向主动转移、服务项目由单向向多项转换;三是高校图书馆服务型党组织建设的"宽度",也就是拓展服务,应在扩展服务空间、提升服务技术手段和延长服务时间、拓宽服务途径上下功夫,以提升高校图书馆服务型党组织的服务水平和质量。Effective construction of service-oriented Party branches at university library requires the combination of Party affairs and departmental business.Effort should be made in mainly 3 dimensions.One is the＂height＂of Party construction,highlighting the uniqueness and comparative superiority of library service.Another is the＂length＂of Party construction,extending the library service from low level to high level,from passive to active service,and from single service to diverse service.Still another is the＂width＂of Party construction,expanding the library service in space,time,technology,and approaches.
