摘  要:为了探讨欧李的光合作用特征,以欧李新品系"农大3号"及野生种为试验材料,用Li-6400便携式光合测定仪测定了叶片的光合作用指标。结果表明,欧李叶片净光合速率(Pn)日变化曲线主要为双峰型,第一次峰值出现在11:00左右,第二次峰值出现在15:00左右,有一定程度的光合"午休"现象。农大3号光合速率日变幅为14.58·mol·m-2·s-1,高于野生种。另外,欧李叶片净光合速率(Pn)与大气温度(T)、光合有效辐射(PAR)、大气CO2浓度(Ca)及蒸腾速率(Tr)呈显著正相关关系,相关系数分别为0.561,0.607,0.623,0.639;其叶片蒸腾速率(Tr)与大气温度(T)、光合有效辐射(PAR)呈极显著正相关关系,相关系数分别为0.549,0.529,与空气相对湿度(RH)呈极显著负相关关系,相关系数为-0.456。In order to discuss the characteristics of Cerasus humilis,photosynthesis indexes of leaves was measured with Li-6400 portable photosynthesis analyzer in Hancheng City,Shaanxi Province in2016.The test materials were obtained from Institute of Horticulture,Shanxi Agricultural University are Nongda 3 and,wild Cerasus humilis varieties as control.The results showed that:i)The net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of the leaves of Cerasus humilis performed diurnal variation curves of mainly two peaks,the first peak at about 11:00 and the second peak at about 15:00,photosynthesis"midday depression"to a certain degree.Its photosynthetic rate changed with a range of 14.6μmol·m-2·s-1,higher than wild apecies which was 8.3μmol·m-2·s-1;ii)net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of Cerasus humilis was significantly positively correlated with air temperature(T),photosynthetically active radiation(PAR),the atmospheric CO2 concentration(Ca)and transpiration rate(Tr),with a correlation coefficients 0.561,0.607,0.623,0.639,respectively;transpiration rate(Tr)of leaves were very significantly correlated with air temperature(T)and photosynthetically active radiation(PAR),with correlation coefficients at 0.549 and 0.529,but it was very negatively correlated with relative humidity(RH),with the correlation coefficient at-0.456.
