摘　　要：目的:分析0-14岁儿童肿瘤发病状况,为防控儿童肿瘤提供数据支持。方法:通过多种途经收集全市户籍居民肿瘤数据,用ICD-O-3进行肿瘤分类和统计。结果:全市儿童肿瘤发病率为10.05/10万,标化发病率(2000世界标准人口)为10.09/10万。0-4岁组发病率最高;前三位发病分别为白血病、脑及中枢神经系统肿瘤、肝肿瘤。结论:柳州市儿童恶性肿瘤发病较全国水平略低,但高于农村地区,白血病、脑及中枢神经系统肿瘤、肝肿瘤是我们需要重点防控的癌肿,其中肝肿瘤比其他地区靠前,需要予以关注。Objective：To analyze the pathogenesis of children aged 0-14 years,and to provide data support for the prevention and control of children＇s tumors.Methods：The tumor data were collected by various methods,and the tumor classification and statistics were carried out by ICD-O-3.Results：The incidence of tumor in children was 10.05/10 million,and the standardized incidence rate（2000 world standard population） was 10.09/10 million.The incidence rate was the highest in the 0-4 year old group;the first three diseases were leukemia,brain and central nervous system tumors,and liver tumors.Conclusion：The incidence of malignant tumors in children in Liuzhou City,a national level is slightly lower,but higher than in rural areas,leukemia,brain and central nervous system tumors,liver cancer is that we need to focus on the prevention and control of cancer,liver cancer than any other region,need to pay attention.
