校地合作办学下的旅游管理专业实践教学创新研究——以福建农林大学安溪茶学院为例

摘　　要：文章围绕安溪茶学院校地合作办学的背景,立足社会需求和产业需求,结合安溪茶学院教育资源与办学特色,构建了一个"三位一体"的以培养学生综合素质和专业能力为核心的阶梯递进式、模块化的多层次旅游管理专业实践教学体系,并在科教基地建设、产教融合、校企协同育人、多元化实践教学、专题报告学分制、专业技能考核等方面进行了多种创新实践。但是在创新实践过程中仍存在一些问题,需在构建与实施一体化实践教学体系、建立科学规范的实践教学协同管理与考核机制、推进专业实践教学与创新创业教育融合等方面进一步探索和实践。According to the demands of society and tourism industry,the educational resources and characteristics of school of Anxi Tea,this article makes the detailed research on the building a modularized and multi-level practice teaching system of tourism management to cultivate students＇ comprehensive quality and professional competence based on school and areal cooperative education.It has carried out various innovative practices in construction of science and education bases,integration of the production and education,cooperative education of school and enterprise,diversified practice teaching,credit systems of special report,assessment of professional skills,and so on.But there are still some problems in the process of innovation,it should make exploration and practice further in constructing and implementing a integrated practice teaching system,establishing the scientific and normative collaborative management and assessment mechanism of practical teaching, promoting thei ntegration of practice teaching,innovation and enterprise education.
