中药挥发油混合物体外抑杀人体蠕形螨活性的研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药挥发油混合物体外抑杀人体蠕形螨效果。方法采用挤压黏贴法获取人体蠕形螨,室温镜下观察中药挥发油混合物对两种人体蠕形螨的体外抑杀作用。结果中药挥发油混合物对两种人体蠕形螨均有较好的抑杀效果,尤其是皮质蠕形螨的抑杀效果更佳。结论中药挥发油混合物具有良好的体外抑杀人体蠕形螨作用。Objective To observe the effect of the volatile oil mixture of traditional Chinese Medicine in killing demodex in vitro. Method The mites were collected with adhesive cellophane tape technique. The killing effect on human demodex was investigated by microscope with the volatile oil mixture.Results The volatile oil mixture was highly powerful to kill D.f and D.b in vitro, and to the D.b the killing effect is better. Conclusion The volatile oil mixture of traditional Chinese Medicine is an effective component in killing demodex in vitro.
