摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出了中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。中华民族的伟大复兴离不开文化的繁荣兴盛,而作为美术高等院校,四川美术学院不仅身负文艺创作的使命,更担负着美术教育的重任。在教学、办学的过程中,川美坚持＂以人民为中心＂的创作导向,坚持＂志于道,游于艺＂的办学理念,坚持立德树人。在新时代背景下,向着＂双一流＂目标前进。Since 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the central committee of Communist Party of China with General Secretary Xi Jinping at the core, has put forward to the Chinese Dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is closely related with the thriving culture, and as the higher education institute of fine art, SCFAI shoulders the mission of art creation, and art education. In the process of educating and running school, SCFAI is always sticking to the ＂people centered＂ creation guideline, the philosophy of schooling of ＂promoting teaching with creation＂, setting high moral values and cultivating talents. In the background of new era, SCFAI will stride towards the goal of ＂double first-class＂.
