摘　　要：目的探讨实时超声弹性成像技术(RTE)对浅表淋巴结病变的诊断价值。方法对66例患者66枚淋巴结进行RTE和常规超声检查,检出的66枚淋巴结进行活检或细胞学穿刺。用超声诊断仪自带的测量软件测出各个淋巴结的应变率值。结果 RTE诊断恶性淋巴结病变的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为65.31%、80.00%、84.50%。结论RTE对浅表淋巴结的定性诊断有一定价值,结合常规超声检查可进一步提高其诊断准确性。Objective To evaluate the value of real-time Ultrasound elastography （RTE） in the diagnosis of lymph nodes. Methods A total of 66 patients with 66 lymph nodes （LNs） were included in the study. The lymph nodes were found by ultrasound, then the strain images and strain ratio were calculated by RTE with the measure software. Results The sensitivity, specificity, and the accuracy of RTE in the diagnosis of malignant lymph nodes were 65.31%, 80.00%, 84.50%. Conclusion RTE has high value in the diagnosis of lymph nodes, but still need to combined with conventional uhrasonography to improve the diagnosis accuracy of lymph nodes.
