基于Cadence平台的集成电路专业教学方法研究

摘　　要：介绍了基于Cadence平台的集成电路专业课程教学体系,并重点对集成电路设计和版图设计与验证两部分重点教学内容进行详细介绍。通过工业级的Cadence软件平台实现集成电路的专业课教学可以让学生获得更加直观的理解,深化学习效果,同时使学生在毕业后能更好地适应企业需求。Integrated circuit curriculum system based on Cadence platform is introduced, especially integrated circuit design and layout design and verification are focus. Through integrated circuit course teaching based on industrial-grade Cadence software platform can make students get more intuitive understanding, and deepen the learning effects. Furthermore it can make students better adapt to the enterprise needs after graduation.
