摘　　要：颧骨上颌复合体(ZMC)在维持面部结构和功能方面起重要作用,因其呈凸形特殊解剖结构常受颌面部外伤累及,其外伤骨折是颌面部常见的骨折之一,骨折后不仅引起局部凹陷畸形,甚至导致开口受限、复视等功能障碍,近年来发病率呈上升趋势。ZMC骨折研究更加关注其治疗方面,而忽略ZMC骨折的诊断,在临床工作中ZMC骨折诊断同治疗具有同样重要的作用。关注ZMC骨折诊疗过程中的每一个细节才能获得良好治疗效果。The zygomaticomaxillary complex（ZMC） plays an important role in maintaining the function and structure of the face.The prominent convex shape of the ZMC makes it particularly vulnerable to trauma.ZMC fracture usually leads to local depressed deformities,even dysfunction such as limited mouth opening and diplopia,the incidence of which has been rising in recent years.ZMC fracture research pays more attention to its treatment,but ignores the diagnosis.In clinical practice,the diagnosis of ZMC fracture is as important as the treatment.Only paying attention to every detail of the diagnosis and treatment of ZMC fracture can achieve a good therapeutic effect.
