摘 要:上颌后牙缺失,种植区剩余牙槽骨高度不足是该区域种植手术需要解决的难题。上颌窦底提升术是解决剩余牙槽骨高度不足的主要方法。上颌窦底提升术包括两种术式,即上颌窦底外提升术和上颌窦底内提升术。上颌窦底外提升术创伤大、术后反应重、需要使用抗生素、患者不易接受,但其提升幅度较大。上颌窦底内提升术创伤小,术后疼痛、肿胀轻,但提升高度有限。目前,许多学者致力于上颌窦底提升手术器械和手术方案的研究。动物实验研究是口腔种植新材料、新技术开发和应用过程中重要的临床前参考资料。开发和选择适当的动物模型对人体组织进行模拟实验十分重要。For the maxillary molars missing,implant procedures in the posterior maxilla often pose a problem because of an insufficient preexistent bone volume.Maxillary sinus floor elevation surgery is the method to solve the insufficient preexistent maxilla.The lateral approach and the transalverolar approach are two main methods of sinus lifting technology.The lateral sinus floor augmentation is featured with higher lifting,but severe trauma,obvious response after operation,needing antibiotics and unacceptable to the patients.The transcrestal maxillary sinus augmentation is featured with minor trauma,lighter response after operation,but limited lifting height.Many scholars have devoted themselves to research the instruments and surgical procedures of maxillary sinus floor elevation.The result of animal study is a vital preclinical reference in the development and application of new materials and techniques for dental implant.It is very important to develop and select suitable animal models similar to human tissue.
