摘 要:哮喘作为严重威胁人类健康的疾病,需要更为有效的预防和治疗方法。哮喘是由气道对多种刺激因子的反应性增加而引发的慢性气道炎症性疾病,其表型的复杂性、基因的异质性及环境的影响增加了哮喘控制的难度。近年来,蛋白组学技术逐渐被应用于哮喘疾病的研究,如哮喘诊断及治疗评估监测的生物标志物筛选、哮喘发病机制及治疗的分子靶点研究、哮喘过敏原研究等。蛋白组学技术从整体水平研究了哮喘的相关蛋白,为哮喘的早期诊断和治疗带来新的契机。Asthma is a disease of serious threat to human health, needing more effective methods of prevention and treatment. Asthma is a chronic airway inflammatory disease caused by increased responsiveness of airways to various stimuli. Its phenotype's complexity, heterogeneity and environmental effects increase the difficulty of asthma control. In recent years, proteomics has been gradually applied to the study of asthma, such as the diagnosis and treatment of asthma, the molecular targets of asthma pathogenesis and treatment, and the asthma allergen. The proteomics technology makes the whole-level analysis of the asthma related proteins possible and brings new opportunities for the early diagnosis and treatment of asthma.
