卡马西平联合抗痫煎剂治疗癫痫痰瘀蒙窍型对免疫球蛋白指标及生活质量的影响  

Effect on the Immunoglobulin Level and Life Quality of Epilepsy Patients with Syndrome of Orifices Confused by Phlegm and Blood Stasis Treated by Combination of TCM and western Medicine(Carbamazepine Combined with Anti-epilepsy Decoction)

摘　　要：目的:观察卡马西平联合抗痫煎剂治疗癫对痫免疫球蛋白指标及生活质量的影响。方法:60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均给予西医常规基础治疗,治疗组加用抗痫煎剂治疗。观察治疗后6周、12周患者的免疫球蛋白指标以及生活质量评分。结果:治疗12周,总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6周、12周QOLIE-31评分两组均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),两组Ig A、Ig M比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡马西平联合抗痫煎剂治疗癫痫对免疫球蛋白有一定影响,且能提高生活质量。Purpose：To observe the effect of Carbamazepine combined with anti-epileptic decoction on immunoglobulin level and quality of life in epileptic patients.Method：Adopting randomized, controlled clinical research program to collect 60 cases of epilepsy hospitalized in September 2015 to May 2016,and 30 cases were divided into treatment group and control group by random method.The two groups were given the general basic treatment regimen of Western medicine,in which the treatment group was given the anti-epileptic decoction as the main treatment plan. The control group was treated with Chinese medicine. The levels of immunoglobulin and quality of life were observed in 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment.Result：After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate by 86.67% was better than the control group by 70.00%（P0.05）.In the treatment group,in 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,the QOLIE-31 score in the group comparison was significantly higher than that before treatment（P 0.05）.The difference of Ig A and Ig M between the two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of antiepileptic decoction to the immunoglobulin of epileptic patients has certain influence,and the life quality l of patients with antiepileptic decoction can be certainly improved.
