摘  要:该文依托表面工程实验室的实验教学资源,以化学镀镀层的制备和性能检测为例,详细介绍了在碳钢表面实施化学镀的工艺、镀层孔隙率、厚度和耐蚀性的测试方法及试验条件。通过该实验项目的教学,有利于加深学生理解材料表面镀层的成型原理,掌握镀层孔隙的表征方法和电化学工作站等实验设备的使用方法。实践证明,化学镀实验具有方案灵活性、内容创新性和时间可选性的特征,可为材料专业本科生和研究生开设研究性和探索性的创新实验,培养学生的创新意识。On the basis of the existing laboratory equipment conditions,the preparation of electroless coating and the performance test of the electroless plating are taken as an example. The test method and the proces of electroless plating process on carbon steels,caoting porosity,thickness and corrosion resistance of carbon stell surface were introduced in details. Through the teaching of the experimental project,it is beneficial to deepen the students ‘understanding of the forming principle of the surface coatings of the materil.And then master the characterization method of coating porosity and the use of laboratory equipments such as electrochemical workstation. Practice has proved that the electroless plating experiment has the characteristics such as theflexible scheme,innovative content and time-selectable feature. It provides the materials for undergraduate and graduate students with innovative research and exploration experiments,and cultivates students' innovative consciousness.
