摘  要:目的:探讨血透护士培训的方法与效果。方法:将中心护士按年资进行分层,针对每一层次的护士制定培训计划、预期目标并考核。对比分层次培训前后,护士专科理论和技能考核成绩、护士全院考核成绩及护士护理质量。结果:分层次培训后,护士专科理论和技能考核成绩、护士全院考核成绩及护士护理质量明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:把培训贯穿于在职全过程,规范化、分层次认真落实,能使培训更加具有针对性、时效性、重要性、持续性,可充分调动各层次护士的学习积极性,强化培训效果,从而提高护理质量。Objective:To explore the methods and effects of hemodialysis nurses training.Method:The nurses were stratified according to their seniority,and the training plan;the expected target and the assessment were carried out for each level of nurses.Before and after different levels of training,the nurses' professional theory and skills examination results,the results of nurses' assessment and nursing quality were compared.Result:After the training,the scores of nurses' professional theory and skills,the scores of nurses in the hospital and the quality of nursing care were significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The on-the-job training through the whole process,standardized,hierarchical conscientiously implement,can make the training more pertinence,timeliness,importance,persistence,enthusiasm for learning can fully mobilize all levels of nurses,strengthen the training effect,so as to improve the quality of nursing care.
