摘　　要：依法治校实质是依法治国在教育领域的具体应用与实践,渗透并包含着丰富的本体论意蕴、认识论依据、价值取向以及实践方法论,体现了价值理性与实践理性、理论逻辑与历史逻辑的辩证统一,最终实现高等教育的法治化和推进现代大学治理能力的现代化。Ruling the school by law is, in essence, the practice of ruling the country by law in the field of educa- tion, which penetrates and contains rich ontological implications, epistemological foundation, value orientation and practice methodology, and embodies both value and practical rationality, and the dialectical unity of theoretical and historical log- ics. What is more, it is the ultimate legalization of higher education and the modernization of modem university governance capacity.
