摘 要:网络化、分布式是现代测控系统的发展方向。设计一种基于EtherCAT总线的分布式测控系统,系统为一主多从结构,主站采用软控制器TwinCAT实现,为从站设计了测控系统通信及控制卡,实现了EtherCAT通信和多种信号的多通道输入测量及输出控制功能。实验结果表明:该系统具有信号测量及控制精度高、实时性好、扩展方便的特点。Network and distribution are the development directions of modem measurement and control system. A distributed measurement and control system based on EtherCAT bus was designed. The system was single master, multi slaves structure. The soft controller TwinCAT was used as master device and a communication and control card was designed as slave device of the measurement and control system. Then EtherCAT communication and multi channel input measurement and output control function of multiple signals were realized. Experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of high precision, good real-time performance and easy expansion.
