广州理工科高等教育布局结构分析及对策研究——基于主要城市间的比较

摘　　要：文章以北京、上海、西安等8个主要城市作为研究对象,对广州地区理工科高等教育布局结构进行初步分析,广州现有的理工科高等教育布局结构与其经济地位不相称,与城市发展定位严重不相匹配,薄弱的理工科高等教育成为城市发展的"软肋",广州应加快建立与区域经济社会和产业调整升级协调发展的理工科高等教育布局结构。Taking the eight major cities like Beijing,Shanghai and Xi ＇an as the research object,this paper makes a preliminary analysis on the layout structure of higher education in science and engineering in Guangzhou. It has found that the existing structure of higher education in Guangzhou is not commensurate with its economic status and it also doesn＇t match the urban development orientation. Now,the weak higher education of science and engineering becomes the achilleshiel of urban development,and Guangzhou should quicken the step of establishing the layout structure of higher education of science and technology coordinated with the regional economic society and upgrading development of industrial adjustment.
